The specs caught my attention because they promised a high-yield, low-maintenance printer that could save me money in the long run. I've been using the Epson EcoTank ET-4800 for two weeks now, and it's been quite an experience.

After initial setup, which was surprisingly straightforward, I found the print quality impressive for standard documents and photos. The ink tanks are a game-changer; no more expensive cartridges running out at inconvenient times. Refills were easy too, with clear markings indicating how much ink was left in each tank.

However, there's one minor critique: while the auto duplex printing feature works well for text documents, it struggled with larger photo prints, often leaving them slightly skewed or misaligned. It's not a deal-breaker by any means, but something to be aware of if you're planning on printing large format photos regularly. Overall, though, the Epson EcoTank ET-4800 has lived up to its promise of being an efficient and cost-effective addition to my home office.
