Firstly, the quiet top drawer was an unexpected delight. Despite its sturdy build, it opens and closes silently, which is ideal for my home office where disturbances are kept to a minimum.

While it's secure enough for everyday use, I noticed that the keyhole started showing signs of wear after about three weeks of frequent locking and unlocking. It hasn't affected its functionality yet, but it might warrant closer inspection in the future.

really impressed with the quality, I didn’t even know you could buy these unassembled. So putting it together was a little interesting to say the least it wasn’t particularly difficult, but it did take a little while once it was installed, though I was impressed with the quality and it suits its purpose great.
Unit was easy to assemble. Assembly diagrams were downright poor.One slot used in the drawer assembly process was not punched out. I used a screwdriver and hammer to create the slot.Screw holes used to attach the back panels to the bottom rails were missing. Used a 3/32 drill to fix

Got a little nervous after seeing one lady's post with the drawers all wonky, but if you follow the directions to the letter, the cabinet comes together as expected; smooth, sliding drawers that fit into place with working lock. If you load the top drawer, make sure to put something equally or greater in weight in the bottom drawer... Other than minor damage when delivered, it is a nice filing cabinet. Assembly was not difficult. And the parts fit well enough. The screw holes matched up.It is going to do what I needed to dispense with the plastic boxes I have been using. Something of a relief.
