This is a very comfortable seat cushion. I've tried several, even super expensive brands, but this was the most supportive and comfy cushion to me. My job requires me to sit for very long periods of time and cushion literally saves my butt. It also helps to prevent my lower back and legs hurting when sitting all day. I ended up getting one for me and one for my niece who is in college and studies for long periods of time as well. We both love it.
This is a really solid product. In fact, my Dad sat on it for the entire 14 hours of our drive to Canada and he thought it was comfortable and saved him. I had even bought a second one and my wife sits on hers while working at the computer and she really likes hers and says it reduces discomfort quite a bit. It is a soft memory foam that sits a few inches high before compressed. It does compress down quite a bit and I was worried that they would find them ineffective...but that is not the case.
I recently purchased this cushion and used it on a 10 hour international flight.Size: I’m 5’-10” 175lbs and it fits me nicely. It also fit the coach airplane seat without spilling over. When sitting on it, you almost cover the whole thing and you’re about an inch taller.Comfort: the airplane seat bottoms are so thin and worn out, you can almost feel the frame through them. This pad made it so much more comfortable. The contours also provided support in the right areas.The only problem with this
This was a real life (tail bone, spine and gluts) saver when I was laid up recovering from a knee injury. It was comfortable and provided cushioning and absence of pressure in just the right places. I’m planning to take it with me next time I go to my granddaughters soccer game- I will no longer dread those cold metal benches!
Works very well to relieve sciatic disc problems while sitting. The lining is not flimsy, it’s textured rubber - much better than cotton/cloth cushions for durability.
